Enquiries
We hope that the information on our website will answer most of your questions, but if you need further advice, please contact a member of our International Team, by email, telephone, fax or letter.
Making an Application
You can make an application over the web or send a completed application form by fax, email or post to the International Office. Please click on the links above for our application forms. Remember to also send copies of your academic qualifications (translated into English), along with any English certificates you have and a copy of your passport. If you are currently studying in the UK, please also send us a copy of your visa.
Offer Letter
Once we have all of the information we require, your application will be dealt with within seven days (excluding national holidays). If your application is successful you (or your agent) will be sent an offer letter, normally by email, which will detail any conditions which have to be met before you can join your chosen course. We will also send information about how and when to pay a deposit of £1000 towards your tuition fees, how to book accommodation and airport collection, plus an acceptance form. On the letter will be your own student reference number and you should use this in ALL communications.
Accepting Your Place
Once you have received your offer letter, to accept your place at the College, please complete and return your Acceptance form. If you will be under eighteen when you travel to the College, it is important that your parent or guardian also signs this form. There is an additional section for students who will be sponsored by their government, employer or a company. In addition to completing this part of the Acceptance form, sponsored students should also provide a letter from their sponsor confirming that all or part of their tuition and/or accommodation fees will be paid by the sponsor.
Deposits and Tuition Fees
Deposits are non-refundable except in the case of visa refusal. Evidence from the Entry Clearance Officer will be required before the refund can be made and a £100 administration fee will be charged.
All outstanding tuition fees should be paid during the first three weeks of the course. Full details of the College’s finance policy will be sent with your offer letter.
