The qualification is aimed at practising or aspiring managers who supervise or manage a team, or project officer and shift manager to achieve clearly defined outcomes. They will set and monitor goals and objectives by providing instruction, direction and guidance. Day to day operational and project activities are a key part of their role. Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this programme but learners must be in a position to meet the assessment demands (minimum Level 2 English), ideally using their workplace as a basis for assignments.
Delivery Models:
- Fully distance learning with support from your college tutor and online content.
- Blended learning day class (mixture of face to face and recorded lessons) once per month delivery (9 sessions including induction).
- Blended learning evening class twice per month delivery (19 sessions including induction and pre-recorded lessons).
- Fully distance learning, with an online monthly tutorial from your college tutor. Support from your college tutor and online content.
